Discover Where Your Business Is Quietly Leaking Value
You've built something strong. Steady revenue, loyal clients, a solid reputation. But growth feels heavier than it should. This 7-minute assessment reveals exactly where hidden friction is costing you time, profit, and headspace.
Find Your Value LeaksThe Problem
You don't need more tools. You need clarity.
Most businesses invest in software, automation, and AI before they understand their own process. So the tools add complexity instead of removing it.
The result is a patchwork of systems that don't talk to each other, a team doing manual work that should be automated, and customers falling through gaps that nobody has properly mapped.
Before you spend another pound on technology, you need to see the journey your customers are actually on, not the one you think they're on.
These aren't technology problems. They're journey problems, and most businesses don't even realise they have one until they've mapped it properly.
- Do you find leads are going cold because follow-up depends on someone remembering to do it?
- Is your onboarding process inconsistent because it relies on tribal knowledge?
- Are you using five different tools that were meant to solve the same problem?
- Does your team spend hours each week on tasks that should take minutes?
- Have you thought about adding AI but don't know where it would actually make a difference?
- Does growth feel like it requires more people, when it really requires better systems?

Find Out MoreWho I Work With
This isn't for everyone. It might be for you.
A strong fit if you are...
An owner-managed business with 5–50 people that has grown beyond spreadsheets and manual processes, but hasn't yet built a proper operations or technology function. You know things could be slicker. You're ready to invest in getting them right, and you want a partner who can both think strategically and actually build things.
Also a strong fit if you...
Have invested in software or tools before and felt like you didn't get the value, or you're still doing things manually because nothing you tried actually stuck. You want someone who will look at the problem honestly, not sell you a solution looking for a problem.
Probably not the right fit if...
You're looking for someone to simply execute a brief you've already written. Or you need a team of 10 developers. I'm a specialist, not an agency - I work with a small number of clients at any time, and I'm selective about the engagements I take on.
Also not the right fit if...
You want cheap or fast. I offer neither. The businesses I work with see genuine, lasting improvement in how they operate - and that takes proper thinking, proper building, and a willingness to look honestly at how things currently work.
What Clients Say
Results, in their own words.
"I actively look for reasons to spend time with Pieter. The way he sees business, especially where time, systems, and opportunity are being lost is unique and incredibly valuable. Every conversation sharpens my thinking, processes and uncovers 1% improvements I didn’t even know were there. If you’re serious about improving how your business runs, speak to him."
"I've known and worked with Pieter for over a decade. We did the White Room Process workshop at SSC a few years ago, and the impact was immediate and lasting. His ability to take what feels inherently complex and make it simple and actionable is remarkable. Our business wouldn't be where it is today without the insights, challenging conversations and honest guidance Pieter has given us over the years. I'd recommend him without hesitation."
"I’ve spent the last 10 years building as an entrepreneur with a very specific bias: I have zero interest in unnecessary process, bloated systems, or vendors who can only operate inside what they already know. I’ve met with 50+ software providers over that time. Almost all of them stayed in their lane. They could talk features, maybe optimize around the edges, but they couldn’t actually meet me at the level of how an entrepreneur thinks about building something from nothing. Pieter is the exception. He’s the only one I’ve worked with who can operate at the altitude of the vision and translate it into what actually needs to happen now. That sounds simple, but it’s one of the hardest gaps to close in building technology. What’s rare about Pieter is that he can stay in the clouds with you long enough to truly understand what you’re trying to create, and then come down and structure it into something real, scoped, and buildable. Just as important, he’s relentless about staying on track. That matters more than people think. Most entrepreneurs don’t fail because of lack of ideas, they fail because of distraction. Pieter creates the conditions where the vision actually gets executed without getting pulled into every shiny object along the way. If you’re looking for someone to just take orders, that’s not him. If you’re looking for someone who can think with you, challenge you, and turn vision into execution, he’s one of the very few I’ve seen who can actually do it."

About
More than a decade of helping businesses work smarter. Now with AI in the toolkit.
I'm Pieter K de Villiers. I've been working with business owners on process improvement and automation since 2014, long before AI became a buzzword. I understand how businesses actually run: the manual work-arounds, the hand-off failures, the bottlenecks that everyone knows about but nobody has quite figured out how to fix.
Along the way, I built MacantaCRM, a no-code CRM and process automation platform, from the ground up. Took it to market, and managed the transition through acquisition. I know what it's like to be the business owner trying to keep operations together, and I know what it takes to build systems that genuinely hold up under pressure.
That background shapes how I work. I'm not a developer who learned to talk to clients, and I'm not a strategist who hands you a report and leaves. I sit at the intersection of business thinking and technical delivery, which means the recommendations I make are ones that can actually be implemented, and the things I build are grounded in how your business works in practice.
I work with a small number of clients at any time. You'll work with me directly, not an account manager, not a junior consultant.

"Too many entrepreneurs are not aware of the key elements outlined in this book and, as such, will always struggle to break out of small business performance and into the big league."
- Martin Norbury, CEO & Founder at The Scalability Coach
